Shulamit Sendowski, M, AmSAT
| Shulamit Sendowski, M, AmSAT, discovered the Alexander Technique years ago while seeking a relief from physical discomfort and body limitations. Inspired by the genuine ideas, and encouraged by the increasing benefits, she took the 3-year training program, and graduated from the Alexander Training Institute of L.A. in 1991. She has been teaching since then and maintains a private practice as well. Certified by AmSAT (the American Society for the Alexander Technique), she believes in awareness and self observation as primary tools for change, growth, and development. Shula has taught at the Institute since 1996.
