Prerequisite: Minimum 200 hours of massage training and ownership of textbook "CranioSacral Therapy" by John E. Upledger, D.O. and Jon D. Vredevoogh, MFA
Description: In this course, students feel the cranial-sacral rhythm and its pulse. Students learn techniques to reduce stiff, sore, injured, numb and tired soft tissue. These techniques are used to touch the core of the nervous system with healing and clarity and, using a light yet extremely powerful touch, spark the immune system, and reduce pain and blocks in the physical and energy body. Finally students learn to treat people who are extra-sensitive to pressure and stress. Some Qi Gong will be incorporated to develop sensitivity to energy. By the end of the course, students have learned a complete one-hour protocol in basic Cranial Sacral Therapy. Course workbook provided.
