Description: This introductory class offers a hands-on peek into the world of Body Harmony: Transformational Coaching on the Cellular Level. The objective is to experience the subconscious mind through the physical body. Thus, postures determine mind sets, and the chemistry and physiology that go along with them. Students begin to learn the language to which their body responds, and how to reprogram responses to unwanted experiences that have settled into the tissues.
