Description: This class presents the principles of efficient body use for bodyworkers and massage therapists. Students become aware of personal movement habits that cause them pain and fatigue, and learn alternative ways to move which promote both comfort and power. The class presents a unique perspective of body use that serves in areas of life outside the practice of massage.
