Description: This one day class introduces students to the use of essential oils for women's health issues, as well as how to create blends for clients and massage treatments. Health issues will include PMS, menopause, menstrual issues, breast cancer, digestive issues, stress, and heart disease. Nicola will share her professional experiences with her teachings, and each student will have the opportunity to discuss their health issues and make their own essential oil blend to take home. Contraindications and methods of application will also be covered.
