The Emeryville campus of National Holistic Institute is located on the corner of Hollis and 59th Streets in Emeryville. You can drive here in 20 minutes from San Francisco, or 15 minutes from downtown Berkeley or Oakland.  We are only three blocks from the 80/580/880/980 freeway interchange that links north, south, east, and west. A parking lot is available behind the building with limited marked spaces for NHI students and staff. In addition, you’ll find non-metered parking on adjoining streets. We also are easily accessible by the Bay Area Rapid Transit system (BART) and major bus lines. For detailed driving directions, go to Mapquest and enter your starting location. If taking public transit... Take BART to the MacArthur Station. From the station, take the Emery Go Round and tell the driver you want to get off at Hollis and 59th Street. You will get off the bus right at the door to Suite J, the main entrance for students and visitors to the clinic (suite Q, where you’ll find our admissions and financial aid offices, is on the back side of the building). This free shuttle runs everyday, including 5:30 am until 10 pm on weekdays. If arriving outside of Emery Go Round hours, look for 40th Street on your left as you leave MacArthur station. Cross 40th Street to catch the bus on the other side. Take the AC Transit Bus #57 or #6. Check with the driver to be sure he/she is going to Emeryville. It is a very short ride to the corner of Powell and Hollis Street. Get off the bus, turn right onto Hollis Street and walk one block to the school. NHI is on the corner Hollis and 59th Street. San Francisco Campus 1665 Market Street San Francisco, CA 94103 (415) 861-2045 (clinic appointments ext. 171) nhi@nhi.edu The San Francisco campus of the National Holistic Institute is located on Market Street at the intersection with Gough Street, making it easily accessible from throughout San Francisco.  We are easily accessible by the Bay Area Rapid Transit system (BART) and major MUNI metro and bus lines. From BART, stop at the Civic Center stop and walk 5-10 minutes southwest on Market Street or click here for more info on BART. On MUNI metro, you may take the J, K, L, M, N, or T lines and stop at the Van Ness stop and walk two blocks southwest on Market Street. On the MUNI bus lines, you may take the F, 6, 7, 26, 71, or 71L along Market and stop at Market & Gough or you may take 47 or 49 down Van Ness. Click here for more info on MUNI. San Jose Campus 3031 Tisch Way Suite 1 Plaza South San Jose, CA 95128 (408) 423-8004 (clinic appointments ext. 341) nhi@nhi.edu The San Jose campus of the National Holistic Institute is located on Tisch Way, near the I-880/I-280 interchange, making it easily accessible from all around the South Bay.  A free parking lot is available behind the building, accessed from Dudley Ave. There is also non-metered parking on Dudley Ave. In addition, there’s also a free parking lot directly behind our lot; that lot is attached to Santana Row, accessed from Olsen Dr or Santana Row only. The nearest VTA bus lines are #25/Great America (stop at Winchester & Moorpark) and #60/Winchester & Knowles (stop at Winchester & Moorpark). Although none of the light rail stations are within walking distance of the campus, you can catch a couple of the bus lines mentioned above from specific light rail stations. At the Winchester station on the Mountain View-Winchester line you can catch the #60 bus. At the Tamien station on the Alum Rock-Santa Teresa you can catch the #25 bus. Tamien station is also a CalTrain stop, so if you commute to San Jose by CalTrain, you can catch the #25 bus at that stop. Petaluma (Sonoma County) Campus NEW LOCATION 1347 Redwood Way Petaluma, CA 94954 (707) 789-9235 (clinic appointments ext. 134) nhi@nhi.edu The Petaluma campus of the National Holistic Institute is located on Redwood Way near the Highway 101 Old Redwood Highway exit, making it easily accessible from the entire North Bay region.  After exiting Highway 101 onto Old Redwood Highway, turn right onto Redwood Way and enter the 2nd driveway on the right. Turn left into parking area directly in front of the Petaluma Campus. Encino (Los Angeles County) Campus 15720 Ventura Blvd, Suite 101 Encino, CA 91436-2914 (818) 788-0824 (clinic appointments ext. 351) encinocampus@nhi.edu The Encino (Los Angeles County) campus of National Holistic Institute is located at 15720 Ventura Boulevard in Encino, near Haskell Avenue. The 405 and 101 freeway interchange is only a couple of blocks away, making access from all directions a simple matter.  There is a parking lot with plenty of space for students and visitors. The weekday rate with campus validation is 50 cents/hour. After 6pm on weekdays the flat-rate is $1 and you can park all-day on Saturday for a $3 flat-rate.
