Congratulations, recent graduate, on your success in having work you love as a massage therapist! In order to continue the tradition of National Holistic Institute's high quality education, we ask that you provide us with a few items concerning your recent professional status.
- If you have been employed by a spa, salon, chiropractic or other medical office, massage clinic, fitness or wellness center, or other corporate or family owned establishment, please complete our Employment Verification Form.
- If you are enjoying success in your private practice, please complete our Private Practice Verification Form.
