- Refer your friend, relative or acquaintance to National Holistic Institute by completing the Referral Rewards Form.
- When your referral enrolls at one of the National Holistic Institute campuses, your name is recorded into our rewards database.
- When your referral starts school and is in class for 2 weeks you will automatically qualify to receive the $100 Visa Gift Card. A NHI staff member will contact you to receive the award.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:This offer is restricted to National Holistic Institute students and graduates. National Holistic Institute, Inc. employees are not eligible to participate. Limit one (1) gift card per person per calendar year. Not valid with any other offer. No cash, cash value, or cash equivalents will be awarded. In order to be eligible to receive a gift card, the referral must not have previously contacted National Holistic Institute regarding admissions. Also, the referral must have attended class for a minimum of 2 weeks and be in good academic and financial standing. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Only standard mailing is available.
