This is my success story-
I have had a life long dream to be a massage therapist I looked into NHI several times but for some reason or another I always put it off, life happened, I got married, had four sons, life just took over and the years went by. One of my 5 year old son got very sick, I was told he had cancer- a brain tumor and during his 10 months of chemo and radiation massage was one of the only things that made him feel better. That's when I knew it was my calling to be a massage therapist.
I wanted to make people feel better so I signed up to join NHI and it was a blessing. I learned so much and most of all had so much fun. The students were great and the teachers were even better. You know, I cant even tell you how giving the gift of touch has improved my life, all I can say is that it's wonderful. I was blessed to open a full service day spa four months before I graduated I also work with the american cancer society's program - look good, feel better and every first tuesday of the month I give free massage to cancer surviors and their caretakers.
Attending NHI has improved the quality of my life in way's that words can not explain.
