I started NHI in September 2003 in group 9. Soon after attending NHI, I got a job at the Carol Carey Salon as a massage therapist. I had only been in school 3 months when I landed my first job. I worked at the Salon part-time (commission) until I graduated school in September 2004. As of October 2004 I have been renting a room from the Salon as an independent contractor. I work three days a week and every other Saturday and I’m Averaging about $1,200-$1,500 a week. I just started marketing myself outside the Salon, so things are only going to get financially better.
Being a single parent, I went from working 8-5 at a bank and bartending nights and weekends to now working 3 days a week & every other Saturday while bringing home double the money!!
Now, I can see my daughter more often and send her to school. Working two jobs and going to NHI at night and weekends paid off big time!! I don’t know what to do with myself! I’m Very Happy!! THANK YOU!
